Bridgestone Tires bought the 15-year-old former Lane Furniture building, on 1.79 acres, at 621 Mall Ring Circle in Henderson for $3.2 million, or $41 per square foot, from 1 Lane Sunset Road LLC. Grubb & Ellis’ Nelson Tressler represented the seller in the transaction; Newmarket Advisors’ Terry Hamilton and Melissa Policastro represented the buyer. The 77,792-square-foot standalone building is immediately adjacent to The Galleria at Sunset Mall.
