CALV Attracts Record Interest In Spring Mixer

LAS VEGAS – Commercial Alliance Las Vegas (CALV) attracted record interest for its annual spring mixer for local real estate professionals.

CALV leaders said a record 205 people registered for the annual event, with more than 140 attending the May 12 mixer held outdoors at the historic Las Vegas Country Club, at 3000 Joe W. Brown Drive.

CALV President Angelina Scarcelli, whose professional designations include being a CCIM and a Certified Property Manager (CPM®), said CALV’s annual spring mixer is one of its largest and most popular events. She added that this year’s event benefited from ideal weather and the “vintage Vegas vibe” of the Las Vegas Country Club. She added that CALV’s industry partners and sponsors also “did a great job of helping to market the event to their members.”

Industry partners and sponsors include the local chapters of the Appraisal Institute (AI); BOMA (Building Owners and Managers Association); CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member); CREW (Commercial Real Estate Women); IREM (Institute of Real Estate Management); NAIOP Southern Nevada; Nevada State Apartment Association (NVSAA); and SIOR (Society of Industrial and Office REALTORS®).
