CBRE announces today the sale of the Milan Business Center located at 1785 W. Sahara Ave., Las Vegas, NV 89102. Charles Moore, CSM, Marlene Fujita-Winkel and Bart DeBuono of CBRE’s Las Vegas office represented the seller, WCRT Milan Business Center, LLC, in the $1.7 million transaction encompassing 76,140 square feet. The buyer, 1785 Office Center LLC did not have representation.
