Centennial Hills Center Resumes Construction

VPC-NEV-CHRendering-croppedThe stalled Centennial Hills Medical Center, on 24.36 acres, is resuming construction in northwest Las Vegas valley. The $78 million development was shuttered in 2008 following the Lehman Brothers bankruptcy. Lusardi Construction recently resumed construction on the 18-building, 290,269-sq-ft. business park. Sina Family Holdings LLC and Michael Young are developing the landscaped concrete tilt-wall complex at 6100 North Durango Drive. DLR Group is the architect. The center primarily consists of one-story buildings, ranging from 5,000 sq. ft. to 10,000 sq. ft., plus a two-story, 60,000-sq-ft. building Eight buildings are completed and undergoing interior finish upgrades. The initial phase will open in June. It will be followed by a six building second phase, and a four-building retail center in third and final phase. The project will offer space for lease at $1.10-per-sq-.ft or sale with prices starting at $160-per-sq.-ft. IREPLV LLC’s Michael Young is the marketing agent. The center is offering space from 1,500-sq-ft. up to 90,000-sq-ft. in size.
