Joseph and Florence Franco bought the 63-year-old 6,800-square-foot retail strip center, on 0.52 acres, at 1924-1930 E. Charleston Blvd. in Las Vegas for $505,000, or $74-per-square-foot, from P & R 26 LLC. McMenemy Investment Services’ Chris Mazzone represented the buyer; Prime Acre International represented the seller.
