FF Realty II LLC bought the 14-year-old 240-unit Cimarron Apartments, on 11.76 acres, at 8301 W. Flamingo Road in Las Vegas for $24.5 million, or $102,083-per-unit, from 8301 West Flamingo Road Holdings LLC. NAI Vegas’ Patrick Sauter, Devin Lee, and Art Carll represented the seller.
