Clark County Courthouse Being Auctioned OffThe former 7-story, 315,180-square-foot Clark County Courthouse, on 2.76 acres, at 200 S. Third Street in downtown Las Vegas is being auctioned-off. The building has been vacant since 2005 when the Regional Justice Center at 200 Lewis Ave. opened. Courthouse operations moved to the new complex. Yet, the county still spends about $140,000 annually to manage the 53-year-old building. As a result, the county is selling the property. It’s accepting written bids of $10 million or more. Interested buyers have until 9:30 a.m. on Tuesday, Oct. 1, to submit written bids at the purchasing desk of the County’s Real Property Management Department inside the Clark County Government Center at 500 S. Grand Central Pkwy.
