COMPLETED SALE TRANSACTIONS:
- A sale toJSB Property Group Nevada LLC. The approximately 11,703 square foot industrial property is located at 6330 W. Flamingo Rd. in Las Vegas. The transaction value was $1,850,000. Stacy Shapiro, CCIM of Colliers International represented the seller, Southwest Medical Building LLC.
COMPLETED LEASE TRANSACTIONS:
- A lease to PMR USA INC. The approximately 27,120 square foot industrial property is located at 3824 N. 5th St., Unit D in Las Vegas. Lauren Willmore, Dean Willmore, SIOR, Alex Stanisic and Mike Willmore of Colliers International represented the lessee.
- A lease to The Neato Company LLC. The approximately 24,673 square foot industrial property is located at 5385 Wynn Rd., Suite B in Las Vegas. Brian Riffel, SIOR and Tyler Jones of Colliers International represented the lessor, MBL Wynn LLC.
