LAS VEGAS (February 26, 2021) – Colliers International – Las Vegas announced today the finalization of the following transactions:

COMPLETED SALE TRANSACTIONS:

 

  • A sale toJSB Property Group Nevada LLC. The approximately 11,703 square foot industrial property is located at 6330 W. Flamingo Rd. in Las Vegas. The transaction value was $1,850,000. Stacy Shapiro, CCIM of Colliers International represented the seller, Southwest Medical Building LLC.

COMPLETED LEASE TRANSACTIONS:

 

  • A lease to PMR USA INC. The approximately 27,120 square foot industrial property is located at 3824 N. 5th St., Unit D in Las Vegas. Lauren Willmore, Dean Willmore, SIOR, Alex Stanisic and Mike Willmore of Colliers International represented the lessee.

 

  • A lease to The Neato Company LLC. The approximately 24,673 square foot industrial property is located at 5385 Wynn Rd., Suite B in Las Vegas. Brian Riffel, SIOR and Tyler Jones of Colliers International represented the lessor, MBL Wynn LLC.

 

  • A lease to Net LLC. The approximately 18,000 square foot automotive property is located at 2121 E. Sahara Ave., Building G in Las Vegas. Grant Traub, SIOR and Chris Connell, SIOR of Colliers International represented the lessor, GTL Properties LLLP.

 

  • A lease toMilciades Carrasco. The approximately 5,891 square foot industrial property is located in Walnut Business Park at 3020 N. Walnut Rd., Suite 150 in Las Vegas. Gabe Telles, Ryan Hendershot and Chase Pavlov of Colliers International represented the lessor, CRP III Walnut LV LLC.

 

  • A lease to PacWest Manufacturing Group Inc. The approximately 5,350 square foot industrial property is located at 4364 E. Craig Rd., Suite 110 in Las Vegas. Mike Willmore, Dean Willmore, SIOR, Alex Stanisic, and Lauren Willmore of Colliers International represented the lessor, Craig & Lamb LLC.

 

  • A lease to Desert Perinatal Associates. The approximately 5,200 square foot medical office property is located in Quail Orthopaedic Center at 600 S. Rancho Dr., Suite #113A in Las Vegas. Alexia Crowley, CCIM of Colliers International represented the lessor, BKLP Nevada.

 

  • A lease to Old Republic National Title Insurance Company. The approximately 2,647 square foot office property is located in City Center West at 7201 W. Lake Mead Blvd., Suite 270 in Las Vegas. Patti Dillon, SIOR, Taber Thill, SIOR and Megan McInerney of Colliers International represented the lessor, 7201 W. Lake Mead LLC.

 

  • A lease to Chixster Inc. The approximately 2,364 square foot retail property is located at 2900 Calloway Dr., Suite 200 in Bakersfield, CA. Brett Rather, Chris Clifford and Steve Neiger, CCIM of Colliers International represented the lessee.

 

  • A lease to Wall 2 Wall Builers. The approximately 1,620 square foot industrial property is located at 5329 Cameron St., Suite 111 in Las Vegas. Brian Riffel, SIOR and Tyler Jones of Colliers International represented the lessor, Cameron Investment Partners 2 LLC.

 

  • A lease to Jorge Solorzano. The approximately 1,308 square foot industrial property is located in Donovan Business Park at 4550 Donovan Way, Suite 110 in North Las Vegas. Gabe Telles, Chase Pavlov and Ryan Hendershot of Colliers International represented the lessor, WBCS DICE LLC.
