  • A sale to Meyer S.F. Partners L.P. The Craig Shops, approximately 8,000 square foot multi-lessee retail building is located at 3053 W. Craig Rd. in North Las Vegas. The transaction value was $3,050,000. David A. Grant of Colliers International represented the buyer.

 

  • A sale to Flores Enterprises. The approximately 2,800 square foot Burger King investment property is located at 5430 Cypress St. in West Monroe, LA. The transaction value was $1,993,479. Brian Fike of Colliers International represented the buyer.

 

  • A sale to LV Capital Fund LLC. The approximately 14,048 square foot retail property is located at 1400 S. Boulder Hwy. in Henderson. The transaction value was $1,600,000. Scot Marker, Pat Marsh, SIOR and Sam Newman of Colliers International represented the buyer.
  • A sale to Premier BBQ and Fire LLC. The approximately 4,000 square foot retail property is located in Desert Inn Durango at 8480 Desert Inn Rd. in Las Vegas. The transaction value was $322,002. Scot Marker of Colliers International represented the seller, 8480 Desert Inn LLC.
