  • A sale to Watumull Enterprises Ltd. of the approximately 71,872 square foot Buffalo Business Park Industrial project, located at 7145-7165 S. Buffalo Dr. in Las Vegas. The transaction value was $13,850,000. Dean Willmore, SIOR, Alex Stanisic, Mike Willmore, Brian Riffel, SIOR and Tyler Jones of Colliers International represented the Seller, 7155 S Buffalo Las Vegas 294 LLC. Mike Mixer, SIOR of Colliers International represented the Buyer.
  • A sale to Albina Management Company. The approximately 2,500 square foot Taco Bell investment property is located at 2 Pine Cone Rd. in Dayton, NV. The transaction value was $3,325,000. Dan Gluhaich of Colliers International represented the seller, Thomas J. Obata.
  • A sale to Carvana LLC. The approximately 0.81 acre land parcel is located at 3215 Morgan Cashmans Way in Las Vegas. The transaction value was $3,125,000.
