Horizon Ridge Pkwy., Suite 110, in Henderson. The Heritage Group’s Darcey Vazquez represented the lessee; Avison Young’s Kris Watier and Brian Seibold represented the lessor, Doyle Family Enterprises. The reported average rent equals $1.62 per square foot.
