PawnPlazaCushman & Wakefield-Commerce has been tapped to lease the two‐story 11,000-square-foot “Pawn Plaza,” which is being developed by Rick Harrison, owner of the Gold and Silver Pawn Shop. The $2 million open‐air retail complex will feature six restaurants and 16 small shops from 288 square feet to 1,152 square feet in size. The project will consist of about 22 modular cubes from Xtreme Manufacturing that will be brightly colored and stacked together to resemble an over-sized Rubik’s Cube. Cushman & Wakefield-Commerce’s Dan Hubbard and Todd Manning are the leasing agents. Pawn Plaza is scheduled to open during the first quarter of 2015.
