Silverado Ranch Blvd. in Las Vegas. Grubb & Ellis’ Nelson Tressler and Michael Zobrist represented the lessor, Empress Group LLC; Commercial Executives’ Bobbi Miracle and Soozi Jones Walker represented the tenant. The reported average rent equals 65 cents per square foot.
