DC Building Group recently completed Bella Scarpa – a high-end women’s shoe boutique –inside Mandalay Bay at 3950 S. Las Vegas Blvd. The $332,500 retail project remodeled 1,418-square feet to create a stylish boutique featuring a variety of stilettos, boots, platforms and flats along with handbags and accessories. Bella Scarpa means “beautiful shoe” in Italian. The stylish makeover was designed by Dx Dempsey Architecture. Construction entailed custom millwork and themed finishes, flooring and mechanical, among other things.
