DC Building Group is constructing a $2.3 million, 8,876-square-foot Chili’s Grill & Bar at 3743 Las Vegas Blvd., South. Designed by GHA Architecture, the southwest restaurant will feature a new outdoor balcony and an open tower at the northwest corner of the building. The project is scheduled to finish in July.
