Chris Day bought a 14,840 square foot industrial building inside the Fidus Creme de la Creme Industrial Park at 4485-4495 Delancey Drive in Las Vegas for $1.13 million, or $76 per square foot, from National Loan Acquisitions Co. Voit Real Estate’s Jennifer Levine represented the seller; Crown Point Realty’s Derek Belanus represented the buyer.
