Desert Wind Comics signed a 39-month $133,041 lease for 1,781 square feet of retail space inside the 17-year-old Village Square, on 8.56 acres, at 9440 West Sahara Ave., Suite 170, in Las Vegas. Avison Young’s Jackie Young and Liz Clare represented the lessor, 9440 West Sahara Holdings LLC. The reported average rent equals $1.92 per square foot.
