Diamond Coast Group LLC purchased the approximately 24,408 square foot industrial property located at 204 Mayflower Ave. in North Las Vegas. The transaction value was $2,800,000. Brian Riffel and Tyler Jones of Colliers International represented the seller, Harlan Land Co.
