Discount Tire in Henderson Financed at 4.125%

Kyle Nagy with CommCap Advisors arranged the financing for the purchase of the single tenant Discount Tire building located at 350 N. Boulder Highway, in Henderson.  The property was purchased by Boulder Hwy Investments, LLC for $1,950,000 (see January 18^th, 2016 posting).  The loan amount was $1,135,000 with a 4.125% interest rate and featured a permanent 25 year term with a 25 year amortization.
