Durango Drive in Las Vegas for $1,325,000, or $83-per-square-foot, from Durango Professional Plaza LLC. CB Richard Ellis’ Brad Peterson represented the buyer; US National Commercial’s Zoltan Hollo and Joshua Nieves represented the seller.
