Miller Trust bought the 12-year-old 9,044-square-foot former Euphoria Salons & Day Spa retail pad, on 0.96 acres, inside Boca Park at 8850 W. Charleston Blvd. in Las Vegas for $3 million, or $332-per-square-foot, from Coastline RE Holdings NV Corp. Virtus Commercial’s Chris Emanuel and Jeff Mitchell represented the buyer; NAI Vegas’ Paul Chaffee and Wil Chafee represented the seller.
