Expo New Orleans LLC signed a 65-month $680,409 lease for 21,096 square feet of industrial space, on 7.32 acres, inside Hughes Airport Center at 950 Pilot Road, Suite H-I, in Las Vegas. Wynn Real Estate’s Derrol Wynn represented the lessee; Voit Real Estate’s Kevin Higgins, Garrett Toft, Jennifer Levine, and Zac Zaher represented the lessor, The Realty Associates Fund IX. The reported average rent equals 50 cents per square foot.
