Newmark Grubb Knight Frank’s Chris Godino and David Lipp represented the lessor, S. Larson Family LP; Newmarket Advisors’ Johanna Smith represented the lessee. The reported average rent equals $1.80 per square foot. The 16-year-old standalone fast-food pad has stood vacant since November 2013.
