RDM Medical Corp. bought the 22-year-old, 8,600-square-foot former-Nevada Imaging Center, on 0.72 acres, at 2835 S. Jones Blvd. in Las Vegas for $730,000, or $85 per square foot, from Dawn Stahl. Marcus & Millichap’s Tina Taylor and Ned Zivkovic represented the seller. The medical office space had been vacant since December. A local group of doctors will occupy the single-story, Class-B office building, with financing from the Small Business Administration.
