South Eastern Capital Management LLC bought a 3,950-square-foot former Turtle Stop convenience store and gas station, on 0.71 acres, at 8816 S. Eastern Avenue in Las Vegas for $1,375,000, or per square foot, from Meadows Bank. Mint Property Group’s William Skupa and Gino Vincent represented the seller; J.A. Kennedy Real Estate’s Joe Kennedy and Matt Nelson represented the buyer.
