The properties are located at 8130, 8320, 8380 and 8390 W. Sahara Ave., Las Vegas, NV 89117. Charles Moore, CSM, Marlene Fujita Winkel, CCIM and M. Laura Hart of CBRE represented the seller, Great American Plaza, LLC, in the transaction. The Hawaii based buyer, KAP Holdings LLC, did not have representation.
The approximate aggregate value of this retail property sale transaction is $356.36 per square foot.
