High Valley VI LLC bought The Grove, on 5.3 acres, at 345-479 W. Craig Road in North Las Vegas for $15.5 million, or $284 per square foot, from Kamros Holdings LLC. The 7-year-old 54,490-square-foot property was 91% occupied at the time of the sale, with Smart & Final as anchor tenant. MDL Group’s Neil De La Cruz and Hillary Steinberg represented the buyer.
