Harsch Investment Properties promoted Kathy Rose to vice president and director of property management. She will oversee operations for the company’s Southern Nevada portfolio and five offices with 19 property managers. Since 2008, Rose has been portfolio manager for 2 million square feet of space owned by Harsch in south and central Las Vegas.
