Landmark Ventures LLC bought a 19-year-old 2,340-square-foot Del Taco Restaurant, on 0.7 acres, at 180 N. Pecos Road in Henderson for $1.92 million, or $821-per-square-foot, from P&A Investments LLC and MMM Properties LLC. Colliers International’s David Grant represented the buyer; Single Net Properties’ Greg Velasquez represented the seller. Del Taco entered into a new 20 year absolute triple-net lease upon the close of escrow.
