Malcai Interstate Properties LLC bought a 7,432-square-foot retail park, on 0.83 acres, at 545 Mark Street in Henderson for $3.3 million, or $444-per-square-foot, from Green Valley Covenant Group LLC. MDL Group’s Lisa Anderson represented the buyer; The Equity Group’s Melissa Campanella represented the seller.
