Commercial Executives’ Soozi Jones Walker and Bobbi Miracle represented the lessor, Water Street IC LLC. The reported average rent equals $1.20 per square foot. The 5-year-old, 30,673-square-foot Corley Center, on 1.91 acres, is primarily occupied by Nevada State College. The restaurant, which will occupy Suite 130, sits across from Henderson City Hall and the Convention Center.
