Mayflower Road in North Las Vegas. Cushman & Wakefield-Commerce’s Amy Ogden represented the lessee; NAI Vegas’ Wil Chaffee and Paul Chaffee represented the lessor, BCI Properties LLC. The reported average rent equals 80 cents per square foot.
