Century Landmark bought the 11-year-old 30,200-square-foot Horizon Ridge Professional Center, on 1.85 acres, at 2298 Horizon Ridge Parkway in Henderson for $3.6 million, or $119-per-square-foot, from Horizon Ridge Professional Center LLC. Commercial Executives’ Soozi Jones Walker and Bobbi Miracle represented the seller.
