LAS VEGAS, Nev. – January 26, 2023 – Cushman & Wakefield announced the firm has represented InProduction, the leading provider of temporary seating, staging, structures, and scenic production for the United States events industry, in pre-leasing a new 102,168-square-foot state-of-the-art industrial building in North Las Vegas, Nevada.

The event company’s new Class A facility is currently under construction and is located at 2970 Lincoln Rd. The property, Lincoln Commerce Center, is owned and developed by EBS Realty Partners. InProduction will take occupancy of the entire building upon completion scheduled for early February 2023.

InProduction’s new facility features a two-story office, 3,000 amps of 277/480v 3-phase power, 32’ minimum clear height, ESFR sprinkler systems, and dock and grade level loading. The property is conveniently located in the North Las Vegas submarket with easy access to I-15 and I-215 freeway systems.
