Intermountain Lock Buys Graphic Center BuildingIntermountain Lock & Security Supply bought the 13-year-old, 18,465-square-foot Graphic Center Building, on 1-acre, at 3910 Graphic Center Drive in Las Vegas for $1.575 million, or $85 per square foot, from Grant Traub. NAI Las Vegas’ Curtis Sanders represented the buyer; Colliers International’s David Frear and Pat Marsh represented the seller. The two-story office-industrial building has a fenced yard and visibility from Tropicana Avenue.
