Buffalo Drive, Suite 101, in Las Vegas. Cushman & Wakefield-Commerce’s Mike Dunn, Paula Lea, Bob Hawkins, and Dan Palmeri represented the lessee; Laurich Properties’ Richard Gordon represented the lessor, Sea Breeze Village LLC. The reported average rent equals $2.52 per square foot triple net.
