WTS Investments LLC bought a 2,900-square-foot Kentucky Fried Chicken, on 0.62 acres, inside the 10-year-old Desert Palms Plaza at 4855 S. Fort Apache Road in Las Vegas for $1,795,000, or $619-per-square-foot, from Desert Palms Partners. Virtus Commercial’s Chris Emanuel represented the buyer and seller.
