MCA Realty bought the 114,782-square-foot Lamb Technology Center, on 7.72 acres, at 2725 – 2797 N. Lamb Blvd. in Las Vegas for $4.9 million, or $43-per-square-foot, from PSP/MMA Capital Venture I LP. Colliers International’s Brian Riffel represented the seller; Voit Real Estate’s Kevin Higgins, Garrett Toft, and Zac Zaher represented the buyer. The 17-building property was 49% occupied at the time of sale.
