Herbert Chambers and the Jacobs Family Trust sold the 99-space mobile home park, Kensington Community, at 3825 N. Nellis Blvd. in Las Vegas, for $800,000, or $8,081-per-unit, to an unnamed investment trust. The 58-year-old park, on 9.6 acres, was 75% vacant at the time of sale. Marcus & Millichap’s Douglas Danny and Cesar Talavera represented the buyer and seller.
