WHAT: The Huntridge Shopping Center, located in the historic Huntridge area of Downtown Las Vegas, is being redeveloped by homegrown real estate broker and developer J Dapper.
As announced last fall, Dapper purchased the center for $5.2 million, and is also remodeling and improving two other properties in the area.
This sign lighting event is a celebration of the redevelopment, as a new sign for the Huntridge Shopping Center is lit up for the first time.
In addition to the ceremony, there will be live music, food trucks and appearances by special guests. Announcements will be made with regards to new retailers moving into the area.
Donations from the event will be made to the Caridad, an organization striving to humanize the homeless in Downtown Las Vegas by providing customer service based street outreach.
