Stable Development bought the 9-year-old 128,762-square-foot Longford Medical Center, on 5.06 acres, at 7455 W. Washington Ave. in Las Vegas for $17.3 million, or $134-per-square-foot, from LNR/COMM 2006 – C8 Office 7455 LLC. Gatski Commercial’s Rob Lujan and Jason Simon represented the seller; Gatski Commercial’s Gabe Telles represented the buyer. The 4-story building was 91% occupied at the time of sale.
