The Love Store signed a 5-year $407,748 lease for 8,000 square feet of retail space inside the 10-year-old Northbrooke Business Park at 4335 N. Rancho Drive, Suite 150, in Las Vegas. Berkshire Hathaway’s David Ting represented the lessor, Golden Star Group Ltd.; Cushman & Wakefield-Commerce’s Todd Manning and Dan Hubbard represented the lessee. The reported average rent equals 85 cents per square foot triple net.
