Box Canyon Holdings LLC bought a 10-year-old 6,500-square-foot medical office building, on 0.79 acres, inside the Las Vegas Technology Center at 2615 Box Canyon Dr. in Las Vegas for $1,210,000, or $186-per-square-foot, from Phase One Properties LLC. Sun Commercial’s Cathy Jones, Paul Miachika, Jessica Cegavske, and Roy Fritz represented the seller; Douglas L. Crook & Associates’ Douglas Crook represented the buyer.
