The asset sold for $1,000,000, according to Todd R. Manning, regional manager of the firm’s Las Vegas office.
Tina D. Taylor, First Vice President Investments, in Marcus & Millichap’s Las Vegas office, had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller, Alta Plaza Investments LLC. The Buyer will occupy the property and obtained an SBA loan at closing.
