Marshall Retail Group signed a 75-month $3.4 million lease for 75,000 square feet of industrial space, on 7.89 acres, inside the 9-year Sunset Parkway Business Center at 3755 W. Sunset Road in Las Vegas. CBRE’s Greg Tassi represented the lessee; Majestic Realty Co.’s Rod Martin and William Hayden represented itself as lessor. The reporter average rent equals 60 cents per square foot.
