WGH Partners and Florida East Coast Realty are completing a stalled four-story, 100-unit apartment complex at the northeast corner of Cactus Avenue and Bermuda Road in Las Vegas. Rebranded The Lennox Las Vegas, the 200,000-square-foot project will consist of one-, two- and three-bedroom units from 900 to 1,900 square feet in size, with a 2,000-square-foot clubhouse and outdoor pool. Martin-Harris Construction is the contractor, with Greene Tindall Design as architect. Thomas & Mack Development Group is the owner’s development consultant. The project is being marketed by The Agency of Beverly Hills and Northcap, with leasing to begin in May.
