Matter Real Estate Group, a community-minded development firm, has announced that all 300,000 square feet of Matter Park @ West Henderson Phase I is now fully leased. Phase II, which began construction in December 2020, is comprised of 200,000 square feet and is scheduled to open summer 2022. When completed, the $90 million development will span 37 acres with seven buildings offering office, flex, and showroom space, in addition to warehouse and distribution space.
Phase I tenants include a wide range of businesses showcasing the diverse functionality of the Matter Real Estate project, which is attracting a mix of innovative companies. Safe Life Defense has leased all 137,000 square feet of Building 3, which will be built with custom elements to facilitate the company’s body armor manufacturing capabilities. This summer, Carmine’s Pizza Kitchen will bring its authentic New York-style pizza to the tenants and neighbors of Matter Park @ West Henderson in a 3,266-square-foot space. The Las Vegas Raiderettes’ have also chosen Matter Park @ West Henderson, just across from the Raider’s practice facility, for their 12,000-square-foot headquarters. The majority of leases have been signed in the last year, demonstrating that the modern, high-image office and warehouse business complex remains in high demand even during the pandemic.

Matter Real Estate is developing several projects in the Las Vegas Valley, including the company’s much-anticipated UnCommons project, a fully financed, first-of-its kind mixed-use development opening next year in southwest Las Vegas.
