The tenant will occupy suites A and B for a total of 7,647 square feet of industrial space. David Scherer of Newmark Grubb Knight Frank represented the Lessee, while Joe Leavitt and Chris Lexis of Avison Young represented the Lessor, DM Properties. The terms of the leases are for 36 months at an aggregate value of $249,000.00. The approximate rate for these leases is $0.90 per square foot.
