Vegas Venture Holdings LLC bought the 20-year-old, 32-unit Merlayne Villas, on 0.65 acres, at 409 and 417 East Merlayne Drive in Henderson for $1.4 million, or $43,750 per unit, from Hoffman Family Living Trust. NAI Las Vegas’ Patrick Sauter, Art Carll and Devin Lee represented the seller.
