MGM Resorts International and Dubai World are reportedly preparing to unload the 500,000-square-foot Daniel Libeskind-designed Crystals mall. Owners of the complex have been in talks with Morgan Stanley in recent weeks to begin marketing the three-level retail complex, which is part of the $8.5 million CityCenter mixed-use project on the Las Vegas Strip.
